What Are We Looking At?
An empty pizza box. The contents devoured as a Saturday night treat. A mouth wateringly, delicious and enjoyable pizza.
These guys know how to sell a pizza. From the sticker that seals the box, to the imagery used, the heritage, the visual story of family and community that’s being shared, to the pizza box itself, the branding, the colours, the gloss finish. The use of Green in Rossella’s branding comes across as a very down to earth colour, it represent organicness, growth, grass roots, local, rural country-life, family and community.
Rossella sells Italian cuisine but it also sells an experience. A taste of Italy. On collecting the pizza, the waiter sang out in an opera voice ‘one margaritaaaaaa’ as he handed the order over.
The Aroma of the pizza was heavenly. The thin base texture was perfect, with just enough crunch, the tomato sauce was distributed perfectly and exactly the right amount of Fior Di Latte mozzarella was used, with a hint of basil and oregano to compliment it.
A family business making Italian food since 1960! ‘It all started in Benevento, near Naples, where in 1960 the family opened the first Rossella restaurant in which they combined the fresh products from their family vineyard with their love and passion for food. Rossella restaurant is the culmination of a family’s passion for food that has been passed down from one generation to the next.’ Discover more here. Our Story – Rossella Restaurant.
It would not be surprising if this restaurant brand lasted another 4050 years! This is the type of business that one wishes they could invest in. Just the story and heritage alone is worth the investment as it creates real value that is easily converted into well deserved success.
